At Magnetically Made, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our policies below:

No Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color selection
  • Items no longer needed
  • Buyer's remorse

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and sizing information before placing an order. 

Replacement Policy

While we do not offer returns, we will provide replacements in the following circumstances:

Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues, we will replace it at no cost to you. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will provide a replacement. Please contact us immediately upon receipt with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

How to Request a Replacement

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective or damaged item
  • Description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
