Ordering
How do I place an order?
Ordering is easy! Simply choose your product, upload your favorite photos or design, select your quantity, and complete checkout. Every order is handcrafted by me with care, and I'll take care of the rest.
What photos work best?
For the best results, upload clear, high-resolution photos whenever possible. Most photos taken with today's smartphones work beautifully. If I notice a photo that may not print well, I'll reach out before making your order to make sure you're happy with the final product.
Can I crop or edit my photos?
Yes! You can crop your photos before uploading them. If you need help or have a special request, feel free to contact me. I want your magnets to look exactly the way you imagined.
Will I receive a proof before my order is made?
Proofs are not sent but what you see when editing your photo is how the photo will be cropped. However, if I have any questions about your photos or think something may not print well, I'll always reach out before printing.

What size are your custom photo magnets?
My square custom photo magnets measure 2" × 2". Round are 2.25" the perfect size for displaying your favorite memories on refrigerators, lockers, filing cabinets, and other magnetic surfaces.
How strong are the magnets?
My magnets are made using premium materials sourced in the USA and are designed to securely hold multiple sheets of standard printer paper on most refrigerators. The magnet for the round is not as strong as it was made for decoration only.
Where are your products made?
Every Magnetically Made order is handcrafted by me in Kansas using high-quality materials sourced in the USA. As a small business owner, I personally make every order and take pride in creating keepsakes you'll love.
Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most custom orders are made within 2–5 business days before shipping. Once your order ships, most U.S. customers receive it within 5-7 business days if using Ground Advantage.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you're local to Hutchinson, Kansas, local pickup is available. Simply use the code LOCAL at checkout and with your confirmation email you will receive the address for pick-up.
Returns & Replacements
Can I return a personalized item?
Because every personalized product is made especially for you, returns aren't accepted unless your order arrives damaged or there's an error on my part.
If there's ever a problem with your order, please reach out. I truly want every customer to love their purchase, and I'll always do my best to make it right.
What if my photo doesn't print well?
If I believe one of your photos won't produce a great-looking magnet, I'll contact you before printing so we can find the best solution together. If the photo does not look clear while you are in the upload and edit screen, try another photo. The quality of the magnet printed depends on the quality of photo uploaded.
